Ayurveda is an oldest system of health care that helps to maintain a healthy body by balancing all the three doshas of the body. The tridoshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha dosha) are considered as the energies or forces of the body. According to Ayurveda, every health problem is a result of aggravation of any of the single or two or all of the three doshas.
